Buyer's Protection Agreement for Fitness Aider
This Buyers Protection Agreement (Agreement) is entered into by and between Fitness Aider (“Seller”), located in Lagos, and the undersigned (“Buyer”), collectively referred to as the Parties.
Purpose
This Agreement aims to ensure that the rights and obligations of both the Buyer and Seller are protected during and after the purchase of goods from Fitness Aiders online fitness store, accessible via www.fitnessaider.ng.
Product Guarantee
a. Quality Assurance: Fitness Aider guarantees that all products sold through its online store are free from manufacturing defects and are of high quality as advertised on the website.
b. Compliance: All products comply with the applicable national standards and regulations for fitness equipment and accessories in Nigeria.
Right to Cancel
The Buyer has the right to cancel any order within 24 hours of placement without any penalty or obligation. Cancellations must be communicated in writing via Fitness Aiders official email or through the customer service portal on the website.
Return and Refund Policy
a. Return Period: Buyers may return the purchased products within 30 days of receipt if they are unsatisfied with their purchase, provided the goods are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.
b. Refund Processing: Upon receipt of the returned goods, Fitness Aider will inspect the products and initiate a refund within 14 business days if the return is approved. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment unless otherwise requested by the Buyer.
Warranty
a. Coverage: Fitness Aider provides a standard warranty covering defects in material or workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
b. Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from improper use, accidents, modifications, or repairs not authorized by Fitness Aider. Normal wear and tear are also excluded from this warranty.
Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping Policy: Fitness Aider is responsible for arranging the shipping of the products and will ensure that all items are securely packaged for delivery.
b. Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be communicated to the Buyer at the time of purchase. Fitness Aider commits to making reasonable efforts to meet these timelines but is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
